Cookies & tracking
Our website does not use tracking cookies. We only collect limited, anonymized statistics about the use of the website, such as the number of visitors and which pages are viewed. This data helps us improve the website.
The statistics are partially processed via our website provider and partly through an analytics tool managed by us on servers within the European Union. The data is not used to identify individual visitors and is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Since no tracking cookies or similar tracking technologies are used, no cookie banner is required.
General terms
Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the website of FuturPhase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
FuturPhase offers graphic design services, including but not limited to branding, logo design, web design and marketing materials. All services are offered based on mutual agreement and according to the project specifications agreed upon with the client.
Intellectual property
All content and materials created by FuturPhase are the intellectual property of FuturPhase, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive the rights to use the materials as specified in the project agreement.
All designs and creative works remain the property of FuturPhase until full payment is received. Usage rights will only be transferred after full payment and apply only to the agreed purpose and media, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment terms
Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. Clients are required to adhere to the agreed payment schedule. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of 5% per month, plus an administrative fee.
Revisions
We have a revision policy; a revision is defined as either one major change or a series of small changes requested by the client.
If the project requires more revisions than originally agreed upon, FuturPhase reserves the right to charge an hourly rate for additional revision time. The hourly rate is €75-€100 excluding VAT, depending on the project.
Shoot
The recordings are calculated based on the full day - traveling, setting up, and dismantling are all included.
Contract
In the extension of a contract, price changes can be implemented, for example due to rising costs for hosting or other services. FuturPhase will inform the customer in advance about any adjustments.
The contract can be terminated in writing at any time with a notice period of 3 months. During this period, the agreed work and corresponding billing will continue. After the notice period, the collaboration will be terminated. Hosting is charged annually.
Limitation of liability
FuturPhase is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium, and any disputes relating to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
Changes to the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website or services means acceptance of the revised terms.
